Viral Sach: Wagon carrying compost reached to its destination after three years

A wagon of Indian Railways carrying compost reached Basti from Vishakhapatnam after three years. Initially 42 wagons were booked but only 41 reached and one was missing since 2014. However, the person who ordered compost says now it is all waste.
